Before you can begin building the IVR, you first must install the $contactcenter module in the account.

If you are setting up a brand new account, the Elevate module must be installed.  If this is an Over The Top install, Elevate is not required to be used.  You can skip the Elevate setup wizard after the basic account setup is completed.

Creating a new account: if you are adding the $contactcenter module to an existing account, go to Services > Elevate, select the $contactcenter tab to select the desired module.

Adding $contactcenter: $contactcenter users need to be created in the account.

Adding Users: both Agent and Supervisor/Manager users need to have $contactcenter enabled.
