Instructions are specific to an iPhone and the native iOS App.

To add a second Exchange account for iPhone, follow these steps:

  1. For iOS 13: Go To Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Add Account
    For iOS 12: Go To Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Add Account
    For iOS 11: Go To Settings > Accounts & Passwords > Add Account
    For iOS 10: Go to Settings > Mail > Account > Add Account
    For iOS 9 and lower: Settings > Mail, Contact, Calendars > Add Account

    On the Add Account screen, tap Microsoft Exchange.

  2. Type in the Secondary email address for the Exchange account and also provide a Description for the email Account, Work Email or XYZ company name

  3. On the next screen you will need to include the server information which can be found in the Admin Portal under Exchange servers and settings set of resources, the manual ActiveSync credentials can be found under User Settings > User > Exchange > Optional Services > ActiveSync

  4. Select the Items you would like to Sync to your iPhone, this is done by sliding the bar left or right with your finger on the phone itself

  5. After the final Sync setting options have been selected the second mailbox will now show up under the list of Mailbox options. To select between Accounts highlight the Account Name and the emails will be visible for the selected Exchange account for visibility

  6. Alternatively, you can merge both Accounts to view all emails from each Exchange account by selecting both accounts on the Main Mailboxes window
