Important: for security reasons,
Recent security checks showed that Smarsh Hosted Services supports 3DES (Triple Data Encryption Standard) cipher suites. 3DES cipher is considered to be an outdated algorithm used in TLS encryption and recent connection of 3DES cipher with the Sweet32 malware attack showed the insecurity of this protocol.
Smarsh Hosted Services is discontinuing support for TLS cipher suites utilizing 3DES cipher to provide the most secure environment. This affects the ability of legacy Windows XP desktop clients to connect to mentioned web pages as this Operating System does not support any more recent and secure ciphers than 3DES.
If you're a Windows XP user, we strongly recommend upgrading your OS.
