ShareSync desktop client allows you to analyze synchronization issues that may occur during software usage. The View sync issues option identifies the actual problem and helps you to solve it by giving a user-friendly error and troubleshooting steps, so even a non-tech-savvy user can simply fix the issue.

To access the logs, right-click the ShareSync icon in the system tray > click on the gear sign > Settings > Help > View sync issues.

It will automatically open a .txt file on your computer which outlines any existing sync issues and steps to fix them.
