Account storage is being calculated for different services separately:

Exchange Mailboxes/OWA-Only Mailboxes

To check the Disk space for all Exchange/OWA-only mailboxes go to: CONTROL PANEL > Services > Mailboxes > Disk Quota Management > Exchange/OWA-Only

To check the Disk space for all POP/IMAP users go to: CONTROL PANEL > Services > Mailboxes > POP/IMAP Email > Storage Management
