Issue: Out Of Office (or Automatic reply, or Autoreply) page is blank in OWA.
- Clear your browser cache.
- For Exchange 2007 and 2010 only. Open OWA in Light mode. Browse OWA direct URL: https://proxy-address/owa and check the box
- For Internet Explorer only. Add OWA site to compatibility mode. Go to Tools (gear icon) > Compatibility View Settings > paste serverdata.net for Exchange 2010, or msoutlookonline.net for Exchange 2007 > Add.
- Disable all add-ons in browser.
Note: as workaround you may setup Out of office from My Services.
Note: if you see Out Of Office for internal users only while part for external users is missing, contact Support for resolution.
