To start using Office Apps on your ActiveSync devices you need to download official Microsoft Office Apps from AppStore for iOS devices, and Play Store on Android devices. Windows devices have Microsoft Office Apps pre-installed. BlackBerry Q10 does not support Microsoft Office officially.

iOS

  1. Search for Microsoft Office in AppStore > download WordExcel, or PowerPoint.
  2. Open app > tap Sign In.
    Search
  3. On Sign In screen type in your login to Office Apps > Next.
  4. Type in your Office Apps password > Sign In
    Note: password for Office Apps might be different from mailbox password. You may reset the password in CONTROL PANEL under Services > Exchange mailboxes > click on necessary user > Office Apps > Reset password for Office Apps

  1. Search for Microsoft Office in Play Store > download Microsoft Office Mobile.
  2. Open app > tap Sign in.
