To access CONTROL PANEL, you will need to enter your credentials and pass Two-factor authentication.

  1. Go to CONTROL PANEL login page and enter your admin username and password
  2. Select one of the available authentication methods:
  3. Enter the code and get to CONTROL PANEL

Your phone number is required for all authentication methods except Google Authenticator. You can use a different phone number from the one listed in CONTROL PANEL as your contact phone number.

If you lose your mobile device or have any other troubles with passing Two-factor authentication you can:

  • select Use another 2FA method on authentication step to try another authentication method
  • change your contact number through CONTROL PANEL > Edit Profile. If DoubleSafe app is used, it should be updated both in CONTROL PANEL and the app itself
  • reset Two-factor authentication method through CONTROL PANEL.

Note: Google Authenticator will be available only if it was set up before.

DoubleSafe app: Push notification

  1. On the first login (after Two-factor Authentication has been enabled for you), you will be asked to download and set up DoubleSafe mobile app. The app is available for iOS and Android platforms.
  2. Enter the number you use as an account contact:

  3. An SMS with the confirmation code will be sent to this number. Enter it and click Confirm:

  4. Once the app is set up, push notification will be sent to your mobile device:

    If you are not receiving Push notification click Resend push notification on this page.
  5. Click Allow to confirm login to CONTROL PANEL:

    Note: click Deny to prevent unauthorized access attempts.

Note: if you change your mobile number, it should be updated both in the CONTROL PANEL and in the DoubleSafe app settings:

SMS Text Message

The code will be sent to the number you specified in a text message. Enter the code and click Next:

Voice Calls

You will receive a phone call with the code to the number you specified. Enter the code and click Next:

If you are not receiving the call click Call me again on this page.

DoubleSafe: One-time passcode

  1. On the first login (after Two-factor Authentication has been enabled for you), you will be asked to download and set up DoubleSafe mobile app. The app is available for both iOS and Android platforms.
  2. Enter the number you use as an accout contact:

  3. An SMS with the confirmation code will be sent to this number. Enter it and click Confirm:

  4. One-time passcode is generated on your mobile device:

  5. Switch to the Code tab in DoubleSafe mobile app to obtain the one-time passcode:

Note: if you change your mobile number, it will need to be updated both in CONTROL PANEL and in the DoubleSafe app settings:

Google Authenticator

  1. On the first login (after Two-factor Authentication has been enabled for you), you will be asked to download and set up the Google Authenticator mobile app
  2. Scan the QR code (during initial setup only) to obtain the verification code. Enter it into the Code field
    Note: you need to have a barcode scanner app on your mobile device

  3. On every login, after you enter your credentials, you will need to open the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device to obtain a new verification code and enter it into the Code field.

Note: If you lose your mobile device, upgrade your OS or the Google Authenticator app is deleted from your device, reset Two-factor authentication through CONTROL PANEL. In that case, you will need to set up the Google Authenticator app again following the steps above.
