  1. SIP ALG is enabled by default.
  2. We need more information on this router to find out if the other basic router requirements can be made on this router.

Resolution

  1. Login to the router > Go to Network > NAT:
    • Active Network Address Translation (NAT): Check
    • Set to Full Feature
    • Enable SIP ALG: Uncheck
    • Click Apply
