This article applies to Account Administrators only.
My Services is the end-user control panel which allows end-users manage their services, enable desired services or request them from administrator. Among other things, they can change their password for Exchange services, get instructions for setting up ActiveSync, configure their Outlook Profile, etc. Read the Knowledge Base article on How Can I Manage My Exchange Mailbox Using My Services? for more information on My Services.
In CONTROL PANEL you can:
CONTROL PANEL > Users > Click User Permissions
Click Default Permissions and choose the level of default permissions for all users on the account.
To assign permissions for each user separately, go to CONTROL PANEL > Users > click on user > Set User Permissions.
Note: you may manage permissions only for services listed there. E.g. it is not possible to manage permissions for ShareSync, as icon in My Services redirects to ShareSync login page.
