You can change a time zone for your organization or some Hosted PBX users in CONTROL PANEL. End-users can change their time zone in My Services.

The correct time zone will be reflected in voice mail notifications and will be used for calling scheduling.

To change a time zone for your organization:

  1. Log in to CONTROL PANEL.
  2. Navigate to Services > Hosted PBX. Click the Time Zone link on General tab.

  3. Select your time zone from the drop-down list.
    If you would like to switch all existing Hosted PBX users to this time zone, check Apply Time Zone change for all Hosted PBX users.
    New Hosted PBX users will automatically have the time zone of your organization.

  4. Click Save Changes.

To change a time zone for a specific user:

  1. Navigate to Services > Hosted PBX> Manage Users. In the list of users, click the display name of the user you want to set this up for. Alternatively, you can first click on the display name, then switch to the Hosted PBX tab.
  2. On the Hosted PBX tab, click the Time Zone link.

  3. Select your time zone from the drop-down list.

  4. Click Save Changes.

To change a time zone in My Services:

  1. Log in to My Services.
  2. Click the Time Zone link under Voice & Fax section.

  3. Select a time zone from the drop-down list.
