  • Your Auto Attendant is a single service phone number, one of many features you have from $companyname.
  • You received a welcome email with instructions on how to log into the Automated Attendant.

Q: How do I log into the CONTROL PANEL?

  • You previously received an email from $companyname titled “Welcome to Voice Services” with your login and temporary password. Click on the link within that email to reset your password and set up your security questions.

Q: How do I set up the Automated Attendant PIN?

  • You received a welcome email from $companyname with instructions on how to log into the Automated Attendant.

Q: I forgot my password number?

  • Visit $companywebsite and select Login > Customer Login.
  • Under administrators enter your email address as the login name.
  • Select the “Forgot your password” link and a reset will be sent to your email.

Q: How do I upload hold music?

  • Log into your HPBX Admin Portal.
  • Select the Hold Music Tab.
  • Select Add New Hold Music.

Q: How do I setup voicemail?

  • Press the Voicemail button on your phone and when prompted for the password, dial '0000' to change the PIN, record your name and voicemail greeting. Your PIN should be between 6 and 10 digits, must not start with a zero and cannot be too repetitive.

  • Enter your Auto Attendant phone number (XXXXXXXXXX) and 6-10 digit PIN you created to set up this account.
  • Click 'Menus' and click 'Script' next to the menus you wish to record.
  • Follow the 'Greeting Instructions' located on the scripts to record your greetings.
  • Click 'Bulletins' and click 'Script' next to the bulletins you wish to record.
  • Follow the 'Greeting Instructions' located on the scripts to record your greetings.
