To purchase phones for use with the Smarsh Hosted Services Hosted PBX service, you can contact your Support department to speak with a representative.

We support all Polycom SoundPoint IP and many Cisco/Linksys SPA phones. If you already own a Cisco or Polycom phone we may be able to support it.
For a list of the Linksys and Polycom IP phones that are currently supported for use with the Smarsh Hosted Services Hosted PBX service, see the document Supported Phones Overview (PDF format). To view the document, right-click on the link and choose Save or Save As.

Other models of Cisco SPA models and Polycom IP phones not listed are supported by Smarsh Hosted Services. Other IP phones, softphones or applications that support the SIP protocol may also be used; however, we cannot guarantee they will work with Hosted PBX service and we may not be able to assist with setup and support.
