If ShareSync icon is red, that indicates that the client is offline and has problems contacting the server or interpreting server responses.

Perform the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check the service status page for the known active service problems.
  2. If there are none, make sure your computer has a working Internet connection
  3. Make sure that the latest version is installed
  4. Make sure the following links are added the following URLs to safe list on your firewall and into Windows control Panel > Internet options > Security > Trusted Sites.
  5. Collect Diagnostic Report ID and contact Support
