If ShareSync icon is red, that indicates that the client is offline and has problems contacting the server or interpreting server responses.

Perform the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure your computer has a working Internet connection
  2. Check CONTROL PANEL home page for the known active service problems
  3. Make sure that the latest version is installed
  4. Make sure the following URLs can be accesses and are added to safe list on your firewall and into Windows control Panel > Internet options > Security > Trusted Sites:

  5. Collect Diagnostic Report ID and contact Support
