Forwarded Meeting Notifications (or Meeting Forward Notifications) are the messages which are being generated by the Exchange Server when a meeting request was forwarded by an attendee to some other e-mail address. These messages are sent to a meeting organizer by default. Meeting time in these messages is always listed in a default Time Zone of an Exchange Server which generated the message. Default Time Zone of an Exchange Server cannot be modified.

Note: meeting Forward Notifications do not affect the time which meeting request was originally created in. It will still show up in the Calendar with the correct time

Disabling Meeting Forward Notifications option allows putting notifications into the Deleted Items folder automatically.

Important:

  • this option doesn't affect the processing of event request responses
