Forwarded Meeting Notifications (or Meeting Forward Notifications) are the messages which are being generated by the Exchange Server when a meeting request was forwarded by an attendee to some other e-mail address. These messages are sent to meeting organizer by default. Meeting time in these messages is always listed in a default Time Zone of an Exchange Server which generated the message. Default Time Zone of an Exchange Server cannot be modified.
PLEASE NOTE: Meeting Forward Notifications do not affect the time which meeting request was originally created in. It will still show up in the Calendar with the correct time.
