If you forgot your Secure ID password, you can recover it using the I’ve forgotten my password link in the Encrypted Message Tools and Setitngs application.
- Open Tools and Settings application > Home > ID and Password Tools > I've forgotten my password and need to recover it.
- Answer your security questions which you had setup during the acitvation > Next.
- Type in new password twice > Save Changes.
- On Password Updated! page click on Finish.
Note: if you lose the answers to your security questions, there is NO WAY to recover your password and all previously encrypted messages will be permanently sealed.
Important: if secure ID is suspended, contact $companyName Technical Support to troubleshoot.
