The article describes managing several profiles in Outlook. Each Outlook profile can have several email accounts (e.g. your Exchange corporate mailbox and your personal Gmail mailbox) and is accessed separately with its own set of credentials. For example, it can be useful to have several Outlook profiles if several users are sharing one workstation.
To manage Outlook profiles in all versions of Windows OS you need to go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles. In 64-bit versions the option you are looking for is Mail (32-bit items). This option is only visible if you switch Control Panel to Small Icons (later versions).
