Following problems can be connected to Offline Address Book:
- Unable to Download Offline Address Book in Outlook
- Receiving Error 0x8004010F When Attempting To Synchronize In Outlook
Your account is hosted on the Exchange server and you are getting the following error message when attempting to perform synchronization in Outlook :
11:18:36 Not downloading Offline address book files. A server (URL) could not be located
You need to make sure that the AutoDiscovery DNS record has been created for your domain, because Outlook utilizes the AutoDiscovery service to obtain the information on where the Offline Address Book is located.

The 0x8004010F errors occur when there is a failure downloading the Offline Address Book. Read the Knowledge Base article on Offline Address Book for more information.
If your account is less than 24 hours old, the Exchange server will not have generated the Offline Address Book yet. The Offline Address Book is generated every morning by 5:00 AM PST. Please attempt to download the Offline Address Book again after the Exchange server has generated it (navigate to Tools > Send/Receive > Download Address Book).
If your account is older than 24 hours and you have created an Autodiscover record, contact Support.
